GreenHope joined the workshop of Web3.0 ecosystem and applications of co-creation host by TWNIC.
The sharing topic is "When Enterprises meet Blockchain: The New Era of Digital Equal Rights"
It is believed that many enterprises operators will be worried when they hear about Web3 first time. Whether the consensus and trust mechanism of the community will replace the central service role of the enterprise. At the other hand, it is also difficult for the public people to understand what is the decentralized service and transaction of Web 3. What value does Web 3 and decentralization bring to consumers? In fact, what consumers need is actually a good service and consumption experience, rather than discussing whether it is centralized or not.
To achieve a good consumer experience, the cost to pay includes acquisition cost, consumption process guarantee, consumer satisfaction, etc. It's not just about lowering the cost of acquisition. If a consumer buys a bad product, the result is not what the consumer wants. So, it can be observed that the buyer actually spends more effort to ensure the result and quality of consumption in current Web 3.0 based trade market. In a decentralized shopping mall online, there is no centralized review management and listing. So, consumers have to spend time judging the quality of products by themselves. After the product is obtained, whether it is true or not, the consumer also needs to bear the responsibility. However, these services were provided by enterprises in the past. Therefore, Web 3.0 must be an application technology designed to respond to what consumer needs. Web 3 is not completely decentralized but should cooperate with enterprise services. Regardless of the storage of (digital/non-digital) goods and objects or the identification of consumers, they are related to enterprise business services. How to construct a micro-centralized transaction service based on consumer demands and user data ownership is what we think of as Web 3.0.

Successful information system construction requires the joint efforts from the team and customers as well. This case is our first application for inclusive finance in real estate. In the real estate market, there were unfair trades caused by information asymmetry in the past. This is not only risky but also erodes the assets of many families, causing many people to suffer. Based on the principle of open and transparent information, HUA NAN ASSETS MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd starts constructing a system to perfect the consumer experience and hold business integrity as well. It is hoped that consumers and service provider can synchronize information through information system services. On the long road of reconstruction, HUA NAN ASSETS MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd and customers can accompany and supervise each other.
The team temporarily took the challenging task which had to be finished in only 3 months of work time. The object is to synchronize the information between the company's internal management system and contract relationships from customers. In order to achieve this goal, the great corporation between team and entrusted customer is crucial. We are very grateful to a lot of open discussions from customer with the team. We finally delivered the “war room for reconstruction of urban unsafe and old building" in time.
For information project services, the executive team must uphold the principle of professional knowledge. Instead of just following the initial statement from customers, the executive team must stand on an objective standpoint, analyze the customer's statement, status quo and needs, and then establish principles and procedures with customer together. Based on such principles, the team can perfect the information systems with customers. Our service will go through three stages in total. The first phase is the pre-appointment basic service plan. The second phase is the interview after signing, setting up the working process procedure and the specification of information system. The final phase is the prototype exercise and module verification. GreenHope bring value to your information system through a complete service process.

The theme of this sharing is "Cryptocurrency, NFT to Digital Assets.”
Decentralization is introduced to technological products that consumers cannot control. Is it a good idea to such proposal? As the beginning of the semester, my talk is more like experience sharing than a speech. I hope this sharing can stimulate students' imagination about finance. Smart finance is essentially a topic that is difficult to be precisely and correctly defined. After thinking about it for several rounds and changing the title several times, I set the final topic as "Cryptocurrency, NFT to Digital Assets” after watching many recent social events.
Decentralization is introduced to technological products that consumers cannot control. Is it a good idea to such proposal? I analyzed the changes and innovation issues of financial technology in recent years. This triggers me to think about the meaning of so-called finance.
I would share some experiences and conclusions.
(1) Finance is to allow the complete value of an object to be fragmented to facilitate circulation.
(2) Financial transactions are an external credit relationship. In the past, the definition of credit relies on currency.
(3) Financial service is to provide an efficient value exchange service.
(4) The evolution of society, technology and community will re-construct the definition of credit relationship and the value of objects.
(5) Wherever value exchange is needed in life, financial services are there.
(6) A service knowing “you”well is smart finance.
